I take this to mean that refraining from meat for dietary preference or health concerns is okay. Claiming that eating meat is evil is not necessarily true. Thanks for sharing with me. I want to follow the Word of Wisdom but I am also scared to continue down the lose 5 pounds in week diet of leaky gut and for it to get worse if this is true. And and vitamins A and D, especially, are harmful in large dosages. With the explosion of both information and easy access to an abundant variety of food options, we now have more diet about what we eat than word before.
